Job Description:

Become a Trailblazing Sales Leader, utilizing your advanced communication skills to strategically plan and execute direct marketing and sales activities. You will play a key role in cultivating and expanding relationships with independent title and attorney agents, aggressively pursuing and closing sales of new title agent accounts while maintaining existing business.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Foster and strengthen relationships with title insurance agents, both existing and new.
  • Exceed agreed-upon sales objectives.
  • Drive new business growth to expand market share.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring achievement of sales and retention goals.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for agents on ATGF's cutting-edge Electronic Policy Issuance Capability (EPIC) system.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management to assess performance and forecast future sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's offerings and build connections

Travel:

As a crucial member of our team, you must be willing to travel extensively to recruit and train agents, establish and build business relationships, and address title agent concerns.

Required Skills and Experience:

An ideal candidate for this position will possess some or all of the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry or related field
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the title industry or a related field.
  • Licensed Title Producer.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in title production software.
  • Experience with managing marketing agency activities (beneficial).

Additional Skills and Aptitudes:

The ability and eagerness to learn and become proficient in title and business management software systems is important. You should also appreciate the importance of maintaining consistency in ATGF's branding and marketing mix. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and internet tools, including social media platforms for direct marketing and market research, is essential. You should be comfortable adapting to new systems and software.

Furthermore, exceptional face-to-face and telephone communication skills are vital. Your success in recruiting and managing customers will be key to your performance in this role.
