Escrow Officer

We’re looking for a full-time, dedicated Escrow Officer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient closings for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company where your expertise and customer service skills will make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, lenders, realtors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively about workload and scheduled closings.
• Ensure compliance by obtaining (or already possessing) a Colorado State Title License and Notary Public certification within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license to support closing transactions as needed.
