The Escrow Officer works with all parties in a transaction to acquire, analyze, and organize all documents needed during the closing process. The Escrow Officer performs all necessary duties to close escrow and transfer the title of property pursuant to the stipulations of the real estate contract, prepares all required documents including a CD and or Settlement Statement and maintains in constant communication with all parties throughout the escrow process.
If you are someone who is a seasoned Escrow Officer with 5 years of experience in the Escrow field, this position is for you!
