Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Escrow Officer located in Denver, CO with some work-from-home flexibility. The Escrow Officer will oversee and manage the closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, conducting closings, providing notary services, and offering exceptional customer service to clients. The officer will collaborate with various stakeholders, including real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth and efficient closings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
• Licensed Notary
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Residential Real Estate transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with title insurance and settlement services
