Title Processor / Junior Closer

Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Travel: Up to 25%
Reports To: Escrow Officer / VP of Sales and Operations

We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and growth-minded Title Processor / Junior Closer who is eager to build a long-term career in the title and escrow industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and develop into an Escrow Officer position over time.

The right candidate will be people-focused, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams both in person and over the phone. This position works primarily from our downtown Denver office and includes up to 25% travel, as well as participation in networking and relationship-building events to support company growth alongside our VP of Sales and Operations.

 

  • Assist with title processing and junior closing duties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Support escrow and closing operations with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Learn and become proficient in Qualia software and other internal systems and processes.
  • Help coordinate files, documents, deadlines, and closing requirements.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to help promote the company and build relationships.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Operations on business development and company growth efforts.
  • Travel as needed, up to 25%, for business development, training, meetings, and related responsibilities.
  • Take initiative in learning the skills and responsibilities needed to advance into an Escrow Officer role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, customer service, or office administration preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • Strong desire to learn the title and escrow business and grow into an Escrow Officer position.
  • Willingness to be trained on Qualia software.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and phone communication skills.
  • Professional presence and confidence interacting with people in person.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
