About the Role

Are you an Escrow Officer or Closer with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to step away from the volatile residential real estate cycle? If you want a stable position built around long-term corporate clients and predictable workflows, this specialty closing role is your next career step.

We operate exclusively within the Right of Way (ROW) sector, working with a long-standing, regular base of institutional clients. Because this is a highly technical niche, we will provide complete training on our specialized domain. You will step into a senior closing position utilizing your existing SoftPro skills to manage unique infrastructure and land accounts, while providing light oversight to an independent, part-time closing assistant.

What We Offer

  • Market-Proof Stability: No commission anxiety, no tracking real estate interest rates, and no seasonal volume crashes. Our revenue is driven by long-term, multi-year client pipelines.
  • A Built-In Support System: You will work with a highly autonomous, part-time assistant who takes ownership of tracking down and securing necessary documentation (including partial releases).
  • Seamless Tech Transition: We use standard SoftPro software, meaning your platform knowledge carries over instantly—you'll only need to focus on learning our specific project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end closing and escrow pipeline for high-value Right of Way and easement acquisitions.
  • Review and audit complex land title documents, legal descriptions, and specialized closing disclosures with "to-the-penny" financial accuracy.
  • Provide operational direction to a part-time closing assistant, specifically guiding them on the prioritization of securing partial releases.
  • Act as a dedicated, high-touch account manager for our regular clients, maintaining clear communication and total procedural compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Escrow Officer or Title Closer.
  • Software:  SoftPro experience helpful (experience with digital workflows and title research is required).
  • Transferable Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for tracking detailed, moving pieces (like tracking title curative issues or partial releases across large projects).
  • Relationship Focus: Professional demeanor suited for maintaining multi-year corporate and institutional client relationships.
  • Location: Must live in the Denver metro area and be able to work out of our local office.
